Yeah. Got it in 2, but was reluctant on 2nd word as I felt it was basically same meaning as first.

You could've gone "scour". Or you could've gone "sumac" by your rules. Both of which I think are more Wordle-like than the actual solve.

I wouldn't have thought of Sumac. They do use regular common words in Wordle, especially after yesterday. So many people who simply don't know that word at all.

Did the math, figured I'd have to use 2 cheats, so was likely gonna be a 6 either way. Then I remembered all those crossword puzzles I've done that used "oater". So I hoped for the best.

I hate A_E words.
