Yay
Since most in the women's game shoot well behind the old line I don't expect the percentages to change that much at all. Now, when are then going to change the size of the ball to match the men's game?
Yeah but Geno was smart, they all shoot rhem from deep...UConn loads up with 3 point shooters ... NCAA immediately moves the three-point line back.

But they use the men's size ball in WNBA and Internationally, I believe.hopefully only when women’s hands grow to be the same size as men’s hands.
Which opens up the mid range game.I agree with our shooters, it will not be an issue and I agree with mediocre shooters
(32% or so) the shooting will be worse and I am not sure how that makes the watchability of the game better as more teams will pack the paint
No, they use the size 6, 28.5 ball in all senior women's competitions world wide. But they use the men's size ball in WNBA and Internationally, I believe.
Yay
They’ll be fine. There’s only one arc in the practice facility and I’m sure it’s not repainted between the men’s team and women’s team practices.Concerned that for some of UConn's players that are trying to develop an outside game (ex. Griffin, McLean), this is another thing to get in their heads.
Pssh, I don’t think most players care one way or the other.hopefully only when women’s hands grow to be the same size as men’s hands.
Uh, Nan? You realize that the men’s and women’s teams have separate practice floors inside Werth, right? They’ll be fine. There’s only one arc in the practice facility and I’m sure it’s not repainted between the men’s team and women’s team practices.
