Looked like a new player out there. Had some great moves. I'd put him in over TO

I'd actually like to see some periods where we play Wolf at the 5 and Olander at the 4 at the same time. I think Olander is a bit more comfortable at the 4-spot (obviously we don't have any depth at center), but I've wondered over the last two weeks how they would look together...

Wolf is out there busting his ass and has a non stop motor.

Right now Wolf deserves to be playing and Daniels/Olander need to step up and show some fire.

Good game and yes Tyler at the 4. AO made a mistake IMHO

Sent from my Lumia 920 via Windows 8. Now bite me Apple Droids.

The problem is that TO, EW and Nolan are all foul prone. And Nolan still hasn't figured the game out. So KO needs TO and EW at the five, DD and NG at the four, RJ and OC at the 2-3, SN 1-2 and RB at the 1. The problems wasn't with KO's subbing. The problem is lack of depth and guys who are average players getting into foul trouble.

So I understand why KO can't put in TO and EW together unless it's near the end of games. And unfortunately even then, TO and EW are not quick footed and teams can blow by them consistently.

Absolutely. I understand why Ollie can't (or at least doesn't). I don't want to make it sound like he absolutely should play Tyler at the 4. But damn, it would be nice if we could! Nolan's just not ready right now, based on what little I've seen of him, and there is literally nobody else that can play the 5 outside of those three players, so it is what it is...

....maybe down the stretch it's worth experimenting with Bazz, Boat, DD, TO, and Wolfe. I'd be curious to see how they respond at their natural positions.

Put that line up in and 8 minutes after the game starts TO and EW have 2 fouls apiece and then what. Nolan? Yikes. KO needs ten fouls from EW and TO to cover the five.

Agree about the foul trouble problem. I was referring more towards the end of the game where hopefully they have some fouls to give but might be more comfortable with the offense because of their roles.

Wolf, SN and RB were very confident tonight. Every one else looks tentative.

To be a great rebounder you need to anticipate where the ball is going off the rim, and it's not about how tall you are. That's why Dennis Rodman and Charles Barkley are two of the best rebounders ever. I'm not comparing Wolf to those guys but he knows how to rebound. Olander just doesn't have it and never will.

Problem with DD at the 3 is that he would then his ball handling deficiencies become more exposed and we would see more turnovers. At the 4, he has a quickness advantage and when hitting has the ability to stretch the defense. He would also struggle to stay in front of most opposing 3s but his long arms and good timing in shot blocking help him at the 4.
It was clear that the back spasms were really hurting him tonight and undoubtably that contributed to his poor play

At the end of games with neither in foul trouble I believe its worth exploring.
