Great game!

Jordin Canada led UCLA leads 30-28 at the half

WVU pulling away 49-43. Under 8 minutes to go

Baby Bruins back on top 57-55 with 95 seconds to go

UCLA wins WNIT 62-60

Can't imagine that Canada won't be MVP. It was her play in the last 20 seconds that put the game away and I think she had a career high in points.

I'm happy for them. I saw them at the Sun this season. Though they were getting clobbered, they played hard and you could see the potential. I especially liked the way their coach was visibly teaching her players during the game. Did they still ring the cowbell during opposing players foul shots? (didn't help!)

Canada was great and was really impressed with Drummer. UCLA will be good for the foreseeable future. Bria Holmes didn't have her best day, going 3-15 but she did score 14 points...

But the last minute of the game was terrible time management by West Virginia IMHO. While I wanted UCLA (Pac12), still . . .

Congrats to the ladies of UCLA. They are going to be really scary next season. Gained some confidence with this win and just build on it. Again, congrats!!
