What a meh tournament. Perhaps Buffalo will win it, the field is undistinguished, and all from mid-majors. Other 3 slots in the "Fab 4" to be determined tomorrow.
Not 100% sorry to see Rutgers lose. Unless you win your conference tourney, you do not belong playing in the post season with a losing record. I never wished that they lose, but I couldn't be rah-rah about them winning. They simply shouldn't have been there.
Minnesota advances to the final to play Belmont in the championship game. Battles had a tough game but her teammate Grocholski scored 20. In this tournament, in 5 games, including an OT, Grocholski has been on the bench for 3 minutes!!!! This iron woman has played 40, 38, 40, 45 and 39 minutes.
