WNBA Trade

I had been thinking the Mystics got fleeced, but this draft is so deep that their potentially needing to swap first-rounders is not a big deal. So now I'm just thinking Dallas got a way better deal. Washington got a very athletic, injury-prone, streaky wing who hasn't played in a couple of weeks because she's in the coach's dog house. Dallas got a 6-7 year veteran who's missed minimal time due to injury, one year due to giving birth, whose minutes have been limited this year, but who's had two pretty to really good years out of the previous three.

Personally wouldn't have been surprised to see Powers for Hill straight up, or more likely, with the option to trade up the first rounder, but without the second rounder. A second-round pick next year is worth something.
