Those who come to mind right away: Diggins, Collier, Cloud, Mabrey, Gabby, Whitcomb, Carrington. Great fun to watch, I get tired just watching them. They make a difference at both ends. Who else?

Back in the day, I feel old, Maya Moore. She always was ready to make a play, on offense or defense. Today, it's Collier.

It's amazing how people forget about an upstate New York girl who won a state championship against all the downstate powerhouses.
Then won 4 NCAA Championships, 3 WNBA championships 2 in Seattle, 1 in New York, 3 championships in Europe. And won on all levels in Fiba Championships, plus winning in the Olympics. And on both Seattle and New York, makes it difficult to press because she can take the ball the length of the court and make a play.

So obvious, I guess, but no excuse.

Maybe the player who has won three regular season MVPs, a finals MVP, an Olympics MVP, and two DPOYs in five years?

I also wouldn't say that Whitcomb and Mabrey make a difference at both ends of the court unless we're counting "liabilities" as making a difference (which, in that case, we'd have to point out Carrington's offensive liabilities).

Surprised no one has mentioned Angel Reese. I’d bet money on Aneesah Morrow making this list in the future also. Her entire college career was earmarked by unrelenting effort and competitiveness.

Who's that?

It would probably be a lot easier to just name the lazy players in the WNBA.....is there one?

Haha, my pick has for some reason twice been deleted, so I'm not sure if there's much life left to this thread.
