in the 1st half... Rutgers was taking it out of bound, ref handed it to her and she dropped it as she was about to throw it in. She grabbed it (while still stand out of bounds) and tossed it in to her mate.

surprised no violation was called (but its hard to see if where the ball dropped, in or out, or does it matter?)

I don't think it mattered, DC, she never had full control of the ball from the official.

I noticed it also ... & without the benefit of a replay ...I thought it was a violation.
