As good as Cooke has looked, at this point he is not going to supplant anyone in the current UConn weekend rotation the way Austin Peterson, Pat Gallagher, and Enzo Stefanoni are pitching, so if Cooke is going to pitch weekend games, it would be out of the bullpen. Still, it would not surprise me if Cooke goes an inning or two in relief in tonight's game against Pepperdine, and then see him get the start in one of the midweek games next week, most likely the Wednesday game.
