if they beat us on Saturday? They would be at 83...the record at 99. Do they have any bigtime OOC games at home coming up? Is there any league opponent that has a realistic shot at knocking them off? Maybe Cal?

They had a squeaker...granted on the road....against South Carolina....tied late.....won by 4.
I'd just as soon keep all the records we have....the 99 at home....the 90 overall. We owe a tip of the cap to The Cardinal for stopping Baylor in its tracks regarding the 99.

This game really is one of those win/win affairs for both teams. Given the quality coaches and players we both have, both teams should be stronger come April for playing this one....win or lose.

Looks like after UCONN, California #8, UCLA #17 and Colorado #23 are the ranked teams they play, home and away. I suppose Cal could give them a game.

UCONN has Baylor #3, Duke #4, Notre Dame #5, and Louisville #12 as ranked teams left to play.

Most years, I expect Stanford to run the table in conference, particularly at home. I think we break it. If not, maybe some out-of-conference team next fall. But who is good enough, with Griner gone? Duke?

I firmly believe Stanford will get this record if Uconn doesn't play to its potential tomorrow.
