Will it be the Shakas or the Shockers?

Sorry, I just had to post that. The UConn game can't come soon enough.

I picked the Shockers over Shaka's VCU team, which didn't look too good a few minutes ago, but the Shockers are roaring back.

I know a lot of folks talked about him as a possible candidate to replace JC, but I'm not overly impressed with the execution of VCU. He gets them to play hard and press a lot, but I'm not sold on the totality of his coaching. Maybe I need to look more closely.

I had VCU in the Sweet 16 of course I wasnt genious enough to pick them last year to go to the sweet 16 and beyond lol

I have VCU in the Sweet 16.... and that looked like a great pick half way through this half. But Wichita State has played very well down the stretch here.

I'm hoping that this game ends before our game starts because I really want to see the end!

Wow what a game! After taking the lead on a big time 3, the Shockers immediately gave up a wide open 3 on the other end. Then they missed a bunny and couldn't secure the rebound.

Darn! I swear I heard Shocker in that dream last night, but it must have been Shaka. I guess when there's a horse that knows how to run, you ride that sucker for all its worth. I guess I should have learned something from last year. I just couldn't seem to pull the trigger on what looked like a trendy pick that didn't have the resume behind it. I thought the Shockers had the chance to be this years VCU, but maybe VCU will turn out to be this years...well...VCU.
