Why isn’t Aaliyah Edwards a HOH?

With Paige recently inducted into the HOH, and Sarah hopefully earning a WBCA AA honor in the next few weeks, it has occurred to me that Aaliyah has yet to be formally inducted into the HOH, despite earning WBCA AA honors in 2024 and graduating with a degree in Communications in May of 2024.

This would seem to satisfy the requirements for induction. Does anyone on the BY know why there has been no formal induction for Aaliyah?

Hopefully, UConn can get Aaliyah back for her induction sooner then it took for Ben Gordon’s return, who was inducted earlier this year, some 21 years after completing his time at UConn in 2004.

Gordon's induction was delayed for a couple of obvious reasons. One was his long term legal and personal problems and the second was because, as of this Mar. '24 article, he was still considering finishing his degree at UConn. Not sure if they waived this degree requirement or if he actually fulfilled it.

I just checked and you're right. It appears when Googling it that according to AI, the men's program doesn't have the same criteria.
