I do like the parallels between Cochran and Shirreffs. I truly think that Cochran was the most talented QB we've had since Orlovsky and it's a shame we didn't get to see him play a full and healthy career. Both guys won a lot in high school and have a bigger body type (Shirreffs may even be a bit thicker). Both very intelligent. Both appear to be very calm and collected. Shirreffs is very soft spoken in interviews, and I think that attitude goes a long way as a QB. Of course this is all just postulation, but I hope that we get a guy similar to Casey on the field tonight.
