kind of off topic, but whats with most teams having already played like 7 games, this is Yale's 10th and our 6th as well.
Do you know who Diamond Stone is?Do we purposely no longer recruit big men with any ounce of post/offensive game?

Stop talking about the conference and worry about the pitiful version of basketball we're playingChris Smith, er Warde Manuel has to get us out of that #$&!in conference or this crap might be more of a norm than an exception.
It's going to take some time for them to gel.
Even if you're right, we've been recruiting him, intensely, completely negating your original point.Yeah a future Badger

I'm just fustrated that we can't score anyone over 6' 8" who can post up, rebound or even catch the ball consistantly. Maybe we should put more eggs in that recruiting basket and focus on that skill set even if the kid isn't highly ranked. Every team we've played so far has at least one of those types of kids. I'm sure each one of them would have jumped at an oppertunity to play in StorrsEven if you're right, we've been recruiting him, intensely, completely negating your original point.
It could help our recruiting so we can actually get a competent big man genius! So playing against better teams will stop this from happening? Yeah okay.

Our defense was fine. We gave up 45 points. To beat Yale? Yes we had guys hurt, but tell me we can't play defense!

He's going to be another one of our famous "project big men" he's athletic as hell and has huge potential but unless he comes here fully polished on the post we will have the same problem next year.Steve Enoch ain't no scrub
Yep, no shooters to beat a 2/3 zone. Every team in the country knows it. Most folks here...not so much...Our defense was fine. We gave up 45 points.
Offense is the problem.
