Why Do We Have The NCAA ?

How come the NCAA can not control all this change ?? They are even more useless then I thought. They do nothing for the overall good of all the schools. Only looking at the $$$. They are CLUELESS.

The NCAA doesn't have any power because the schools don't allow it to have any.
