Kara Lawson on color and Mark Jones with the play by play. I thought Lawson was very good as she usually is(she's better than most men) but Jones was awful. Shabazz Muhammed, University of UConn, kept referring to "Huskies" when both teams have the same nickname, he sounded like he was damn near drunk at times.

University of UConn was one of the all-time cringe-worthy announcer blunders. "Shabazz Muhammad" wasn't much better.

I've never had a problem with Lawson. She's squarely in the middle of the bell curve of announcers.

The play by play guy was god awful.

I do have a sick fantasy of pairing him with Dickie Simpkins for a game. Those two could play of each others malapropisms all game long.

Yea the University of UConn was absolutely horrible. He's a college basketball announcer and he doesn't even know how to say the name of the college that's won 3 national championships in 15 years. Pathetic.

I made a similar post on a different thread. He was bad. Went off on something totally wrong about UCONN (I think Daniels) and Kara politely corrected him.
I think she covers the men's game as well as she covers women. She is good.
