Not an alum, but a very generous donor.

His name is Billy Ciotta, and he was a legislature in CT and now works for congressman Larson. The guy gets a pension from the state and now works for a member of congress...The rich always get richer...

Drawing a state pension and working for a congressman qualifies you as being "rich"? Nice, that lowers the bar to a level I might be able to reach.

Biagio "Billy" Ciotto is an American politician. Ciotto, a Democrat, served as a state senator from Connecticut from 1995 to 2007. Before retiring in 2006, Ciotto had served as Majority Caucus Chair in the Senate. Prior to holding elective office, Ciotto worked for the Connecticut Department of Motor Vehicles, retiring as a Deputy Commissioner in 1989.

In Connecticut anyone with a job is rich and a target to have their income redistributed.

I say, let them have their cigars and smoke it too!
And here I thought someone would have said "Not one cigar back"!

Over 65, Check. Looks miserable, Check. Not wearing UConn colors, Check. Wishing he was at a woman's game, we can assume so. That is your typical UConn fan who sits in the lower level of Gampel.
Lower level? you mean anywhere in gampel where there are backs to the seats. Actually, it describes my dad too. Sigh. So depressing.

Until we have a fan base that will sell out gampel and hartford for EVERY GAME, no matter who the opponent is, lower level has to go to the big spenders no matter what the yards value judgement of their fanaticism is.

I don't like the sit on the hands aspect either, but only fans can change that by showing up.
