North Carolina is the best possible situation--it is a high profile academic (AAU) and athletic program of interest to both the B10 and SEC. The others on that list are more likely a focus of one but not both conferences (e.g., ND is never going to the SEC nor Clemson to the B10).
Whichever way UNC goes affects where the chain reaction begins.

While most have been focusing on the increased revenue draw aspect of realignment decisions, I have been blaring my iconoclast horn about fandom. For some programs, going for the most remunerative option is what it is about...but...
If cash is king, you circle the number in the Big Ten athletic budget spreadsheets and know that you will watch games on TV against far flung non regional opponents.
If what you think is more important is sustainable fan passion that feeds the other revenue streams (tickets, licensing, NIL, etc) than you may make another choice.
For UNC football, there is probably not much difference in pull between the B1G and SEC other than academic snob appeal.
For other teams, say Clemson or FSU, the B1G may make you richer on paper, but the SEC makes you matter on Saturdays. You live amongst 'em. They have been your natural rivals.
Money versus passion...I will always go with passion. I have been thankful that I married that Texan girl a lifetime ago, as hardscrabble as her family was. I told our boy in our father-son talks when he was in his early 20's and questioning me, "listen to your heart".

I think there is a strong possibility that a P3 happens even if the SEC/Big 10 raid the ACC. And, private equity can help make that happen. You take the best remaining schools of both the ACC and the Big 12 and create a strong football and basketball conference.

Some ACC teams are puzzling re the future...especially when combining football and basketball.
Say......Duke...with an undergraduate enrollment of 6,500...not going to be a football power nor have major football fandom but may in basketball. Do you pick them up ?
Wake with its 5,500 undergrads?
I would love to see the WVU, Pitt, VT rivalry every year (and wouln't it be grand to see Penn State-Pitt every now and again).

Florida State
The SEC makes football moves and Florida State is the most valuable property if and when available. It's OK to have 2 schools in one of the largest football hotbeds. It could be Florida State + UNC, Clemson, Miami...
If the Big Ten moves first, who knows. Oregon, Washington and USC were certainly football moves. It probably wants to continue its reach south. UNC is not a football move but it checks every single other box for the Big Ten. Or maybe it goes with Florida State (very close to AAU) and Miami similar to what it did with UCLA and USC.
