People that personally know me, say the same thing about me.
Actually, I knew someone from the UK and the accent intrigued me. Nothing he actually said was funny, but the way he said it made me laugh. I could not always follow everything he was saying because some of his words, we don't use the same way or they don't mean the same thing in USA English.
This is not unusual because the TV show, Law and Order UK or whatever it was called, had the subtitles at the bottom so you could better follow it.
He would tell jokes or say something he thought was funny and after he said it, he just went "Ha ha ha." He basically was laughing at this own joke or statement.
It was so absurd that not just myself, but everyone else started laughing too. . So, yeah he was funny.
BTW, At least somebody replied to this post, and I thank you for that.
