Who is the fan?

I think a lot of people remember the fan in Maui against Kentucky who was going ape after Kemba hit a three and UK called timeout. He is right behind the bench at most of UConn's big games and he really brings it with the energy. He was behind the bench today is a blue dress shirt going crazy and urging the crowd and team on. Who is this guy? He's obviously very connected to the program.

No idea, but some have mentioned that he is a big donor/insider. Some think he could be the Muppet. All I know is he makes for awesome television.

I think that guy used to be known as the Guru. I heard he hit the lottery.

I remember the Guru. He led cheers non-stop at soccer games always positioning himself behind the opponent's goalie and riding him mercilessly all game.

I first met Skinner at an alumni event I hosted here in LA a few years ago. Had the opportunity to get dinner with him and some of his friends after the Elite 8 game last year in Anaheim. Great guy - incredibly passionate for UConn athletics and very well connected with the team.

He and his friends traveled all around the country to follow/support the team last year during the tournament and I'm sure he's doing it again this year.

I was wondering who he was -> I had not noticed him this season 'til Bazz fouled out yesterday & he was behind the bench clapping.
I have Kemba's shot against Pitt as my wallpaper, so I see this guy's picture all the time....

See him at every game going crazy, and got to meet him in Houston too, great guy. He had his friend the "actor" and big huskie fan Matthew lillard, from Scream, with him. There whole group was so down to earth. Nice to see that.
