Sometimes, change is good.

You can say that again. I recently had to replace a key person in my office who had been with us forever and I was really concerned. Turns out the new person is doing the job 3x better and with a smile all the time. Don’t know if Dan is smiling but he already has us doing so.

Pretty sure we already have the ability to do it. FWIW, I'd do like it shown in the picture. One big one peering over the side, rather than two or four smaller ones.
