I recall there was something about schools having to have played together for 3 years in order to be considered a league for an auto bid? If that is the case, the CYO's may have the advantage over the remains in the FB side. And what about the credits and $$$ owed?

I see some very happy lawyers in the very near future because this has the look of a real ugly lawsuit.
