whistle clip on first downs

Could someone please tell me what that whistle clip is that they play on first downs. I've scoured everywhere trying to find a clip of it to no avail.

Is it the P.C. Richards whistle you're referring to? I think it's just a shameless marketing ploy they implemented a few seasons ago.
