Answer is ? Womens Basketball . 1 in 13,542 make it in the WNBA . They also have by far and away the lowest average salary of $75,000. I bumped into it on Raoul today and found it to be very interesting. Hockey, baseball, football, soccer and mens basketball were the other 5 sports mentioned.

Is that just the WNBA or does this take into account all the Pro teams overseas?

Somehow I would have put money on soccer, lacrosse or maybe field hockey.

I believe it was United States only and the 6 sports mentioned above were listed. lacrosse and field hockey were not mentioned.

Makes sense. Lot's of College WBB players, not too many WNBA roster spots.

WNBA 12 teams 11 roster spots - 132
NBA 30 teams 14 roster spots - 420
MLB 30 teams 25 roster spots - 750
NFL 32 teams 53? roster spots - 1696
MLS 20 teams 28 roster spots - 560
NHL 30 teams 23 roster spots - 690

And they only have a 3 round draft.

There are all sorts of sports with worse odds. Any that don't have pro teams. Lacrosse or women's hockey are two.
