Can someone explain how Joe D. can be around the program so many years and seemingly so clueless? A year ago he was hypothesizing about Purvis taking a grad transfer somewhere else, which was insane. This year he's throwing out names no one else is hearing that seem to have no connection to reality, yet was surprised by what did happen. You'd think he'd know some things, but it doesn't seem that way.

Simple. He's old and outdated in the internet, twitter age. I mean the guy still broadcasts on FM/AM that should tell you everything you need to know about how "networked" in he is with the program, pun intended.
