It was quite the developing story for the past few months that the defending National Champion might not make the NCAA tournament. It is still quite the buzz that we managed to eek out a bid and are relegated to the lowly 8/9 game after such lofty expectations. Funny, I don't see any press discussing how a team that played in the last two National Championship games has missed the tournament entirely this year.
