I think UConn/Duke 99 is a Top 3 game but I'd argue UConn/Duke 04 is Top 10 too. But I guess you can't have the same matchup, but in a different year, in a Top 10. (Uconn/Duke 04 was in the honorable mentions). If UConn/Zona in 2011 had been a FF game instead of E8 that would have cracked the top 10 IMO.

Being in Europe I was asleep for this game but it sounded like a hell of a game and Top 5 material.

For years for me it was Nova-Gtown '85. Villanova shot 88% from the floor that night. UConn-Duke '99 is right up there of course, and last night was definitely a top 5 all-time game.

Villanova UNC is up there
Michigan UNC was exciting
Kansas Memphis
Duke UNLV 1991
UConn-Duke 1999, 2004

Auburn Virginia 2019 was an awesome game too. Auburn came back from 10 down with 4 minutes to go, go up 2, and they foul Guy on a 3 with 0.4 seconds left. He sinks all 3 free throws to win the game...one of the wildest endings I've seen in a tournament game

Nova shot 78%, not 88%. Still crazy, but also keep in mind they slowed down the game (they only took 28 shots total). UCLA took more than double that amount last night (they shot 34/59).

In terms of level of play throughout the game, it may have been the best since UNLV Duke.

Villanova Georgetown is still #1 for me.

Georgetown UNC is right there but the way it ended was a downer.

I felt like I was watching a point shaving the entire time I was watching UNLV Duke. I was a pretty active bettor at the time, and I wouldn't touch that game. Nothing felt right about it, even in the days leading up.

I will go to my grave believing that Anderson Hunt and at least one other UNLV player were point shaving that game.
