Ironic how, arguably, the best two players at UConn on the men's and women's side did not win their respective big East Freshman of the Year Awards.
1. I still cannot get over how good the 1994 men's team was.
2. The 2004 team won the national championship despite Caron Butler leaving early.
3. The 2014 team won the national championship despite Jeremy lamb leaving early and Roscoe Smith transferring.
A lot of talent.

Enjoyed this article very much. After being on the ESPN site briefly this morning and seeing more stories about college players in trouble with the law, this was really refreshing.
