when will we know 2014 conference schedule?

I noticed that our 2014 conference schedule isn't out yet. I'm just curious because we're not playing Houston this year unfortunately and I want to see when we play them next year.

If they stay true to the last few years in the BE - end of February/end of March. This year was end of March once they figured out who the hell was still in the conference.

Unfortunately, it's going to take some time for the B1G to re-do their 2014 schedules to account for adding us next year. PS - Houston isn't in the B1G.

They actually put out the schedule in February that included Boise and SDSU. So I'd guess mid Feb of 2014.

Since we don't play Houston this year I think it's safe to assume we will play them next year, probably on the road since SMU would be a home game next year.. An educated guess on next year's schedule would be:

Home Games:

BYU
Stony Brook
Boise
Temple
UCF
Cincy
and one of Tulane, ECU, Tulsa, SMU

Road Games:

Houston
USF
Memphis
one of Tulane, ECU, Tulsa
Army @Yankee Stadium

Overall that would be a solid schedule.

i agree thats a pretty dang good schedule. especially if we get SMU at home and ECU on the road.

I keep checking FBS schedules but I haven't seen anything. I've noticed other conferences putting up schedules for way in advance, but I guess with the changes taking place in the American it's harder to do.

this is actually my preferred website for scheduling as they have EVERYTHING up to date. NO political BS, nice write ups about the matchups. It's also fun to see who our conference mates are scheduling OOC.

The actual day of conference games are always the last scheduled. Of the P5, I thought the B1G are the only ones who have a CONFERENCE schedule posted for 2014?

Can anyone tell me what the divisions even are going to be now? Or are we not going that route until Navy joins in 2015? I'm lucky I still remember all the teams in this new conference! Just wondering why it was assumed we played SMU at home next season unless they are in our division?

Without the divisions it's impossible to guess. Divisons without Navy will be tough...
