When will the Bryce McNeal transfer be official?

I know we all know he's coming to Storrs, but it was never made "official" ... When will that happen?

McNeal graduated from Clemson. My guess is that he enrolls for Summer (second session) courses at UConn and shows up when everyone else checks in - late July.
