Believe the answer is actually NEVER.

I went way back on sports reference, and our last conference home game on a Friday was USF @ Hartford on December 31, 2010 (which explains the Friday day).

I can't find a friday home conference game at Gampel ever.

The last one before that USF game? Fri, Jan 27, 1984 in Hartford against Nova!

I noticed that Fox and FS1 are broadcasting top 25 games on Friday nights this season. 2/21 has Marquette/Nova and MIchigan St. /MIchigan. Purdue was on last week and will be on in a few weeks as well.

Not sure if this happened last season.
