When is the best time to see the team parctices?

Thought I'd take a ride to Storrs to watch them but not sure of the best time. Any help would be appreciated(that would be practices but couldn't figure out how to edit the headine).

I don't believe practices are open to the public. They only time I've seen them practice is when they are in the student rec facility but that doesn't happen all that frequently.
