I believe they did it for Bouk after he played in a game so I wouldn't expect to see it until October / November the earliest

Um. I think they unveil it wherever the event takes place, then they actually have the ability to hang it on the wall at Werth at a later date. Or that may have been sarcasm and i whiffed it.
