I believe April 22 is the deadline for entering the transfer portal without having to sit out a year. Same deadline for everyone (except in case of coaching change).
The more relevant deadline for today's game is to declare (or not) for the WNBA draft, I believe within 48 hours after the last game.

"Women’sbasketball student-athletes still competing in the Women’s NCAA Tournament will have until 48 hours after their final game.
So, for today's game, they have until midnight April 8th.
