What's in it for Bill Donovan? I don't get it.

The RAC is one bitchin' place to play(as we have found out on numerous occasions over the years). And absolutely no knock intended at all on this year's edition of the Scarlet Knights. I know Donovan probably has at least some affection for the Big East having laced them up at PeeCee; and being born and bred on Long Island. But bringing the #10 ranked Gators into the RAC tnoight has nothing but downside for him and his program. Am I missing something here? Also, let me offer my BIG thank-yous,on the tail end of this, to the Werth family for their great generosity to the University and specifically, the men's basketball program for the (long overdue) building of a basketball practice facility. Has to make that three game (nonsensical) suspension a ton easier to bear for JC.

He (Donovan) does get to expose his kids to a true road game atmosphere without any real danger of losing.

Rutgers just seems to be in permanent rebuilding mode. How has that program floundered so much in a state with all that talent?

Watching the replay of the last shot, the forward rolled towards the hoop as his defender helped on the jump shooter. If the shooter had read that right away he had time to dish it for an open layup
