What makes Paige Bueckers So Good?

She SCHOOLED Zia Cooke. People say SC has the best guards in the country and Paige didn't even know they were on her. She's the 8th grader that's already in Calculus class. Everybody else in the class is gunna stop at Calculus II. She's gunna go to JPL and build rockets.

She just 'Integrates' everything. ;)
 
Shooting is one part. I like the fact that her BBall IQ is off the charts...as a freshmen!! She sees plays 2-3 steps ahead of everyone else. Some people see the screen. Paige is thinking...Oh... screen, curl & seal. That vision. Is off the charts!

Shooting - consistent shooting motion and release.
She seems to glide over the court. She can quickly change direction without breaking stride.
Her court vision is uncanny to say the least.
Her basketball IQ is amazing.
She is so humble.
 
Paige question.

We know she broke the UConn Assists record of 13 assists which was done 4 times. Can some elite BY history miners list the 4 cases. In addition, Paige only had 1 TO so it would be interesting to see how many TO's the other 4 cases put up??
 
What makes her so good is she has the ability to go for 30 on any given night if she wants to and if the team needs it, on most nights she can have 10+ assists, she always chips in with rebounds, she constantly is involved in the game, she makes everyone around her better and also wants to see her teammates be successful. She’s the one you’d want taking a game winning shot, she’s the one you’d want making the game winning pass and she’s the one you’d want on you’re team over anyone else in the country come the crunch moments. Wouldn’t swap her for anyone.

What made Bird, Johnson, Kobie, and especially Jordan the best I have ever seen. Heck I have no idea, but they all had unworldly gifts on the court, which Paige seems to also have. We could list any number of skills she has and there would still be that undefinable factor. Whatever it is she has it, and no one else in WCBB has what she has. No one else has what we have on the Huskies.... Paige :cool:
 
Agree with everyone. I also like how she can wait to the very last minute before committing to her decisions on offense.

She does not seem to get rattled, sees the entire floor as well as anyone not named Sue Bird, and has no doubt made her teammates better. PB is that good.
