“I found out right after practice when one of my coaches told me and I’m really honored and blessed to be able to be a part of this great experience,” Samuelson said. “Bonnie, had the chance to play in this game and what she remembers the most is being able to spend a day at the Ronald McDonald House. So I am really looking forward to that and I think that’s really what the whole event is about — giving back and helping those in need. I am extremely lucky that I’ll be able to help raise money for this and visit those kids."
And we are extremely lucky that Lou will be helping to raise the rafters at UConn home games for the next four years. Not only is she super talented, but she is super nice and well-spoken to boot.
