What is open on campus during break?

I’m stopping by campus today. Are the shops in the student union (mainly Dunkin) open while students are on break?

I haven't been on campus during break for a few years, but I used to bring my wife (then gf) lunch when she was teaching a winter class over break. IIRC the dining hall is open for international students, not much else on campus. All the private businesses in Storrs Center are open normal hours.
