What if the NCAA had never allowed freshman to play varsity sports?

How would this have affected each years Final Four?

(alternate discussion: the ncaa should return to no freshman being allowed to play varsity sports. This NIL crap is absurd. Players who don't want to go to college always had the opportunity to play for pay, if they're good enough).

Interesting question. Syracuse would be stuck on zero, no doubt.

We would also have to look at Final 4 teams which had great sophomores because they might not have been as good if they didn't play when they were freshmen. NIL is ridiculous. Make huge cash just to play and "attend" college for one year.
