Interesting hypothetical idea - what if college realignment was based on things like geography and long term rivalries. Basically, common sense. No conference had more than 11 teams, allowing for true round robin

Funny line about BC:

This new A-10 gives Boston College an actual chance to compete in basketball, and it restores UMass to where it belongs, rather than its ridiculous football-motivated move to the MAC

It would suck balls!

Colleges came first. Followed by college athletics. That was followed by college sports conferences, and finally the NCAA was born.

What if government regulators came first, and then stock exchanges?
 
For the Big East is says: "Rutgers, West Virginia, Syracuse and Pittsburgh are back where they belong."

Rutgers and W.Va weren't close to original members and left years ago. Who cares about them?
