What happens if NCAA tournament teams catch covid?

Has it been said anywhere what happens if a player (or players) catch covid between now and Final Four weekend? I'm just wondering what happens if someone catches covid and then as a result several other teams have to quarantine for potential exposure. Will the entire tournament get pushed back? Will teams eliminated by cancelation? Etc.

Didnt the men’s tourney have an announcement on this recently? I would assume the women’s would be the same.

my assumption is that if a team can’t play bc of COVID, it will forfeit.

the nba nhl wnba were able to create a bubble and have no cancellations. Hopefully the ncaa will be able to do the same.
