Now that we have gotten through tomato can season, what games are you going to this year (or have gone to)?


I went to the URI game.

Got tickets for St. John's, Marquette, Butler, and Xavier.

Probably going to Villanova game as well.

and am looking at getting tickets to

UConn @ Marquette on Feb 1st. But this day is apparently national Marquette Day and therefore sold out. Tickets are way more than I want to spend right now. What is national Marquette Day anyway?

I managed to get tickets to the game against Villanova at Finneran Pavilion. It will be my second game ever there and first against UConn. I was all proud of myself for landing them but after the way the Wildcats season started, It’s probably not as hard to get them as it was 6 weeks ago.

Got tix to Gonzaga as well.

Going to our 1st MBB at the XL Center. Haven’t been to the XL since it was the Hartford CC. I think it’s been at least 15-20 years. I think It was when I took my son to the circus when he was in the 4th grade… (he’s 32 now) I bought the tix through UConn+ app, seat geek. Parking?? They want to sell a parking pass. $30-50 for a pass? I know parking is always a premium in Hartford, but really? Any suggestions? My husband and I are not spring chickens and we don’t want to walk really far to get to the XL. Also it’s our anniversary date night. <3 Thanks in advance for the advice.

Living in CA now, I miss being able to go to more games. I happen to be in town for the Xavier game at XL - just got tickets last night. Hopefully about being in NYC for the BET. Also, not lost on me, the West Regional is in SF this year, which I would definitely go to if they happen to be shipped out here (though I prefer the Providence, Newark route. My buddies and I have already made a pact to go to the FF if we make it.

Right now, that's the only game I have on slate, but hoping to make it up for UConn/Creighton at Gampel, especially since I wasn't able to make it up to Gampel last season.
