“Think if twitter is part of the job interview”.. well to that end I can think of two good recruits and one exceptional recruit that I think we soured on in part because their twitter page.

Better yet, don't have a twittter account. Your chances of doing something positive on twitter are very low, you're chances of doing something stupid are very, very high,

Twitter means you have to be a responsible young adult and not post stupid things if you are trying to impress coaches around the country.

Or just have 2 twitter accounts which a lot more recruits are using since that usually serves as a form of first contact

I happen to really like Twitter. Only social media outlet that I think is actually useful. I am however amazed at the lack of restraint shown by people on it.
