The honeymoon is over and this loss would out us in last place of a mid major conference. What the hell does this team practice? They miss lay ups, they miss free throws, they can't rebound... All fundamental things. Where is the box out .. Why is Daniels opting for threes over driving or posting up? Also Calhoun should not be on the court....ever. So sick of boat wright and Napier being the only two

This team has gotten worse since last year. So many players WORSE than last year. That is on this coach.

KO's motto was that UConn will never be outworked....well, it's happened in 2 games in a row now.....no idea why these guys are not responding, but this season is hanging in the balance right now...

Turns out that this team was more than a little overrated. There is no inside game and even in a mid-major, you can't compete with a doughnut hole. This team has regressed significantly from last year. There is still hope that Ollie rights the ship, but doubts about his ability to do so are creeping in. Not sure what the the fix is at this point. Memphis and Louisville are going to crush this team. I fear that without some changes and rapid improvement, the slide to being a bubble team may have begin.

We practice keeping 10 toes in. That's all I ever hear about uconn basketball anymore. evidently that doesn't carry over to winning games.

Keep the same guys in no matter how bad they play. When do you finally move on from Calhoun and sit Boat until he learns to pass? Daniels needs to step up and can we finally run some plays for Giffey?

We have absolutely no inside presence. They're weak and have bad rebounding instincts. We are one of the most one-dimensional teams in the country and that is something that is very easy to prepare for. Not sure what KO is supposed to do about that.

Bigs/muscle. Our inside guys are weaklings with bad hands, that's an easy eye test.

There's no intensity on either side of the ball. The D should mix in a zone once in a while.
Olander and Calhoun should not see the court until their learn to toughen up and hit a shot respectively. Giffey needs to more than just spot up. Kromah should spend the entire practice shooting free throws. What's up with these post graduate guys and free throws. Evans was even worse. Daniels is not as athletic as I expected and even seems lazy and content to shoot the three.
Lastly, the motion on the offense seems to have no purpose, but that's part of the intensity. Back screens, back cuts. When you don't have the guns then you have to get creative.
I'm not giving up on this team, but they clearly need to look at themselves and decide who they are. This can still be a very good, but not great team.
