A breakout game for either Josh Mariner or Arkeel Newsome. After watching Tulane's RS Frosh, Sherman Badie rush for 215 yards on 15 carries, I started thinking about the possibilities of our guys if given the opportunity. I believe Max will deliver too but I just have to think they will bring a dimension of speed that has been absent. We all grew too weary of LM going up the middle for 2.5 ypc. I want teams to stress about our ability to run which will obviously then open up passing lanes.

They should put turf or soft rubber on the stairs. The locker rooms at Notre Dame are accessed via a staircase. Traversing stairs with cleats is not a new concept...but it would stink if someone fell.
