Re-engaged. Am halfway through season 3, and the show gets better. The plotlines are more realistic, although they still occasionally go off the rails.
The actors literally get better over time. The Yazmin (Marisa Abela), Robert (Harry Lawtey) and especially Harper (Myha'la) characters were not believable in season 1, but the actors have gotten a lot better, and as a result, the characters are more layered and credible. Rishi is a great character, and deserves more screen time.
The guest characters have gotten better. Kit Harrington plays an upper class dip****, but does a great job with it, making the character interesting and even compelling rather than a caricature. This is a tough role, and the best acting I have ever seen Harrington do. Sarah Goldberg (from Barry) is very good as a hedge fund manager.
It still has the GenZ issues of being overly self-obsessed and dramatic. The plot armor around the three main characters is also a little thick.
