Yahoo news has a story called 'workout secrets of NCAA hoops teams', and Uconn's Chris West has a bit on training to drive hard to the hoop. There is also a button to his 'suoer athlete workout'. When you get there, he wants up to $20 /month to spill the beans - even though i'm sure they've been refried a dozen times making for mega-gas.

That is definitely a word which I have heard on many occasions but had no idea how to spell. My first thought was, what the hell is j-y-p?

It's "gyp," probably a shortening of "gypsy."
