1. That may be the greatest one line put down in the history of the board.

2. Edge of the cliff? Really? We are returning four upperclassmen who have friggin national championship rings. If we're on the edge of the cliff, 98% of the basketball world is already at the bottom looking up wondering how they get near where some are worried we may fall from. If anyone was smart enought to learn anything from last season, it's that chemistry has as much to do with winning as raw talent. We have enough raw talent to do fine if the chemistry and execution is better. If we have our coach uninterrupted, I'm not at all suprised if we have a better Big East season than we've had since '09.

I think we may be the only ones who feel this way. I see a much improved backcourt, with Boat all year, and as a Soph, and Bazz finally "getting it" towards the end of the year this year. Olander playing more minutes will probably surprise us with how much more he can do on O than AO. Roscoe was on the verge of becoming a beast at the end of the season. Daniels has plenty of talent, and Giffey continues to provide savvy and a good all around game. Without Lamb, he'll get more shots, hit them, and gain in confidence. There's a real chance that this team is pretty darned good.

The only thing that concerns me is Olander. This season he looked slow and weak. He struggled on D because he was a step or two slow. Hopefully, he will dedicate the off season to conditioning.

Calhoun got healthy this year. That's big.

Huh? He missed a lot of games for being healthy. If he can't give us full year this year, he has to shut it down.

Look at Uk, Zona, IU- all these programs lost big time coaches and it took a while for them to get back on top. UCONN fans are going to have to be patient- there is really no such thing as a quick transition when you lose a coach the caliber of JC.

It's not eh edge of a cliff but it is going to be a lot different very soon.

I'm shocked at the number of people on this board who think that Calhoun should step down now. It is likely that it will take awhile before we become a power again. I for one, am not ready to see him go. I would like to see a few more top 10 finishes nationally.
