A good showing on Saturday without two of our starters. Let’s weather the storm until they get back. What’s the predicted spread on Wednesday?!
 
I’d have WVU -5. We aren’t winning at WVU without Sanogo and Martin unless someone has a huge game. If Hawkins or Polly can go for 25, we have a chance. RJ giving us a strong showing is a given at this point, who else will step up?

Doubt that. More like good guys -1 is what I’m thinking. Not saying accurate but guessing that’s what it will be.
 
Hard to read the WVU team. They beat everyone they should have beaten but didn't do great against some of them. I think it will be WVU -3.5 with our guys out.

I don’t expect a line of WVU -5, just saying that’s what I think it should be. Two UConn starters out and at WVU, they have to be favored by between 1-5 points. I feel like it should be 5, but I’m a pessimist.
 
Should be UConn -1 but I suspect it'll be flipped and be WVU -1
 
Does anyone know if KenPom adjusts their prediction model for injuries? Seems like something @auror would probably know
 
It wouldn't be pretty.. All I want is a W.. Hugs will be pressing us all game long.

Haslametrics - UConn -5
Bart Torvik - Even
ESPN - Even
Evan Miya - WVU -3

Really all over the map, which is to be expected given some sites are still still relying on preseason rankings in some form
 
We should be giving points, but not much. They have a deep bench and rotate a lot of guys.

I think we keep it close to have a chance to win, but it would not surprise me if they eke out a win.

If we loose buy double digits that would be a problem.
 
We take care of the ball, we win. Otherwise, it could get ugly.

I opened up this thread hoping for pics of a charcuterie board with possum, road kill jerky, some homemade jellies and other treats.
