We're playing Villanova next year?

According to this blogger we are playing. I remember hearing rumors about this before the tournament. If this is true I'm really surprised it hasn't leaked sooner. Great addition to the schedule.

I would not put a lot of credence in this guy's writing. The blog post was so poorly written that it was actually annoying to read.

He obviously knows not the meaning of the word notorious. It means famously disreputable. I don't think that's what he meant to say. Unless he's a St. Joe's guy, then maybe he did. One of the first rules of writing, is to not use words that you don't know the meaning of.

His second paragraph appears to be a random collection of sentences just lumped together.

At first, I thought he might be a 13 year old Philly kid, but then decided that he used "there" in place of "their" too many times for it to be a typo, and realized he's probably a Syracuse English major.

I agree. If you look at his blog he has the top 5 games for Temple, Kentuchy and others. I would assume he has good info.. Good to see us playing Nova again. A quality non conf. game.

Whether it's official or not I hope it happens. Like most of our Big East rivalries I miss it.

If true, that's obviously great news since Villanova looks like they'll be at worst a top ten team next season.
